Cheras, Malaysia Talent Houz Consulting & Services Full time

Location: Eco City ,KL

Salary Range: up to RM8000

Working hours: Mon-Fri: 9.00am to 6pm & Saturday: 9.00am to 1pm

**Responsibilities**:

- Work with the outsource accounting team to understand the financial workflows.
- Prepare a takeover plan, where the operational accounting will be handed over to the Philippines (PH) Finance Team.
- Review the work performed by the outsource accounting team and/or PH Team.
- Ensure timeliness and accuracy in closing for the accounts and to prepare month-end financial statements, weekly revenue reports and any other reports as required.
- Handle all tax and audit matters and ensure internal controls (proper segregation of controls) are in place to safeguard the interest of the Company.
- Work with GFCFM to develop and implement financial policies and procedures for the Company.
- Provide guidance and support to other team members on financial matters.
- Participate in the development of strategic plans and initiatives for the Company.
- Work with the GM of Malaysia as well as Group Financial Controller and/or Finance Manager of Singapore (GFCFM) on all budgetary and finance matters.

**Requirements**:

- Responsible individual, hardworking, willing to learn and a team-player with high level of integrity.
- Experience in general ledger accountability, financial reporting, financial information analysis
- Experience in managing full set accounts, Bank Reconciliation, month-end closing, and credit control functions.
- Excellent command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, written as well as spoken.
- Willing to travel to Branches (Within Klang Valley) as well as to JB branch, if necessary.

**Salary**: RM6,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
