**OVERALL**: 1. The Executive will assist and coordinate on social compliance audit and related activities from the preparation phase to the post-audit phase. The Executive will also be the liaison person liaising with various stakeholders across the relevant departments.2. The Executive will also coordinate with various departments and track action plans in relation to the social compliance audits **Responsibilities**: 1. Coordinate with Sales & Marketing department on audit request by customers / external auditors 2. Complete pre-assessment questionnaire and obtain Management approval before submitting to Sales & Marketing personnel for customer/ external auditor review 3. Assist in compiling the evidence required and submission to the auditor. 4. Ensure that Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is completed by the Auditor and obtain Management approval prior to audit commencement 5. Complete and maintain Certification membership and to process the annual renewal ig. Sedex, WRAP etc. 6. Process related payment of audit fees, membership etc. 7. Conduct internal audit for all respective department or sections to ensure we follows the audit requirements and stipulates standards 8. Other related Social Audit and / or Compliance matters that are assigned by the Management from time to time 9. Prepares for audit by understanding requirements and assist to formulate an action plan. 10. Follow-up with the respective departments in ensuring Corrective Action & Preventive Action (CAPA) is taken before the deadline set by the customer / auditor. 11. Conduct internal audit for all respective department or sections to ensure we follows the audit requirements and stipulates standards. 12. Assess and understand a particular company's social compliance management systems and benchmark with company CoC and/or international audit programs (SMETA, SA8000, amfori BSCI, WRAP etc.). 13. Identify the policies and processes to strengthen operational controls. **Job Requirements**: - Minimum 2 years of experience in overseeing social compliance audit exercises. - Experience in the management of foreign workers will be an added advantage. - Knowledgeable in the industry's standards and regulations. - Excellent knowledge of reporting procedures and record keeping. - An analytical mind able to "see" the complexities of procedures and regulations. - Certification in a Social Compliance standard will be an added advantage.
