Responsibilities:

  • Familiar with current social media trends, particularly on Xiao Hong Shu.
  • Hands-on experience with Xiao Hong Shu, including copywriting styles and platform guidelines.
  • Basic video shooting and editing skills using tools such as CapCut/(剪映) or similar software.
  • Ability to create product-focused content, simple design work, and editing using tools like Canva.
  • Experience dealing with KOCs: sourcing suitable creators, preparing campaign briefs, coordinating content drafts, and ensuring timely posting.

Requirements:

  • Possess a Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Marketing, Media, Communications, or any related field.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills in Mandarin & English. Bahasa Melayu is a plus point.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in digital marketing, social media and content creation, particularly on Xiao Hong Shu.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns.
  • Proficient in content management systems, graphic design software (Canva), video shooting and editing tools CapCut/(剪映) and social media platforms.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Experience with digital marketing, social media and content creation in Pharmaceutical/Healthcare/Beauty line will be advanced advantage.
