ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a
Content Strategist cum Social Media Manager

to lead content strategy and social media for
SS Tech and SS Health Apps

. This role combines creativity with execution—planning impactful content, managing social platforms, and supporting our subsidiaries (Clinic, Wellness, E-commerce) with campaigns.

If you're a storyteller who can bring health and wellness topics to life, manage influencers, and engage online communities, this role is for you.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1) Content Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and execute a clear content strategy aligned with SS Health Apps and SuamiSihat's ecosystem.

  • Build editorial calendars across multiple platforms and subsidiaries.

  • Conduct audience research to ensure content resonates with our community.

2) Social Media Management

  • Manage and grow our Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube accounts.

  • Create engaging daily/weekly content—posts, reels, videos, and stories.

  • Build and engage with our online communities through conversations and replies.

3) Collaboration & KOLs

  • Collaborate with KOLs, influencers, doctors, and wellness experts for content creation.

  • Coordinate campaigns across SuamiSihat subsidiaries to maintain one brand voice.

  • Support live sessions, events, and masterclasses with content planning and promotion.

4) Creative Development

  • Work closely with
    multimedia designers

to deliver high-quality visuals, graphics, and videos.

  • Repurpose content across different formats (social, blog, newsletters, ads).

  • Ensure consistent messaging and tone across all touchpoints.

5) Analytics & Growth

  • Monitor performance, analyze results, and share insights.

  • Optimize strategies to increase reach, engagement, and conversions.

  • Stay updated with the latest trends and platform changes.


REQUIREMENTS

  • 2–4 years of experience in content strategy, digital marketing, or social media.

  • Strong copywriting and storytelling skills in English & Malay.

  • Familiarity with tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Canva/Adobe.

  • Creative, proactive, and organized with attention to detail.

  • Bonus: Experience with influencer/KOL campaigns, SEO, or paid ads.
