The duty will be assigning, evaluating, and streamlining expenses related to our food and beverage operations and managing the purchasing and sourcing process. In-depth knowledge of financial analysis, budgeting, and cost control measures within the F&B industry is essential for this position.
- Conduct monthly stock checks to ensure inventory accuracy and proper stock rotation to minimize waste and optimize stock levels.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and assist with stock reconciliation.
- Transfer data from manual records to the digital system for traceability and reporting.
- Review purchase orders, supplier invoices, and delivery notes for accuracy.
- Monitor and track the transfer of items between sister companies to maintain accurate records.
- Enter and reconcile end-of-month stock count data into the inventory management system.
- Identify and report any inefficiencies, misused items, or opportunities for cost-saving improvements.
- Communicate with suppliers regarding issues such as item quality or discrepancy of delivery.
- Verify invoice prices against delivery orders (DO) to ensure billing accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
- Compile and record all PO, DO, Invoices and other related documents.
- Maintain accurate cost databases, cost models, and tracking systems to ensure comprehensive cost reporting and analysis.
- Managed the all F&B outlets in terms of wastage, pilferage and efficiency.
- Check and verify POS systems transactions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including purchasing, central kitchen, and finance to monitor, analyze and manage costs.
- Responsible for monitoring the returns of goods procedure. (if any)
- Responsible for data entry on daily ingredients record (wastage, trimmings, balances, in / out) and generating summary reports accordingly to the Director.
- Analyze product profitability and recommend pricing strategies to maximize margins while remaining competitive in the market.
- Prepare regular cost reports, including KPIs and variance analysis for the Director.
- Maintain updated pricing records and prepare an inventory list for monthly inventory checks by the restaurant outlet.
- Assist in basic sourcing if required.

**Requirement**
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Accounting or related field.
- Proven experience in cost controlling, budgeting, analyst, data entry role, procurement within the **F&B industry.**
- Ability to interpret and present complex data.
- Detailed financial analysis skills with analytical mindset.
- Familiar with POS systems and inventory management software.

Excellent communication, interpersonal & presentation skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams across the company.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
