- **Quality Control**: Collaborate with quality management to ensure materials meet company standards and take corrective actions when necessary.
- **Team Leadership**: Lead the team, set goals, assign tasks, and coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient execution.
- **Market Analysis**: Monitor industry trends, competitor strategies, and regulatory changes to support procurement decisions.****

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or higher from an accredited institution, majoring in Electromechanical Engineering or related fields.
- 10 years or more of experience in supplier development and procurement, with specific experience in the construction industry.
- Strong market analysis and forecasting abilities.
- Proven expertise in supplier management and relationship building.
- Experience in developing procurement strategies and optimizing procurement processes.
- Skilled in cost control, negotiation, and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
- Knowledge of risk management and compliance in procurement.
- Leadership experience with the ability to manage and guide teams effectively.
- Strong cross-departmental communication and collaboration skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
