**Responsibilities**:

- Identify and source a diverse range of merchandise products that align with our community.
- Collaborate with design teams to develop custom merchandise concepts and designs.
- Manage the product development process, including prototyping, sample, and quality assurance.
- Maintain an efficient inventory system to ensure adequate stock levels for timely delivery.
- Implement and oversee quality control procedures to maintain the highest standards of product quality.
- Continuously evaluate costs and seek cost-saving opportunities.
- Coordinate the fulfilment of orders, including packaging and shipping.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to understand client requirements and provide solutions.
- Analyse market trends, sales data, and client feedback to make informed decisions and improvements.
- Generate regular reports to evaluate the performance and profitability of the merchandise business
- Performs other related duties as assigned by superior.

**Job Requirements**:

- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced business environment.
- Good analytical, problem solving and organizational skills.
- At least **1 Year(s)** of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- **Posses with own transport and willing to travel**:

- Able to work in **Taman Perindustrian Putra, Puchong (Nearby Taman Mas).**

- 6 Working Days

**Location：**
- Oriental Kopi, Taman Perindustrian Putra, Puchong

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
