**Trade Marketing Executive** is responsible for developing and implementing trade marketing strategies to increase brand visibility, drive sales, and strengthen relationships with distributors, retailers, and key partners. This role bridges marketing and sales by ensuring that promotional activities and campaigns are effectively executed at the trade level.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute trade marketing plans and activities to support sales objectives.
- Manage in-store promotions, merchandising, and point-of-sale (POS) materials to ensure strong brand presence.
- Coordinate with the sales team to monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key trade partners.
- Track and analyze the performance of trade promotions and campaigns to optimize ROI.
- Plan and manage budgets for trade marketing activities.
- Support product launches and ensure alignment with overall brand and marketing strategies.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in trade marketing, brand management, or sales (FMCG/retail industry preferred).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret market data and sales reports.
- Creative, proactive, and results-oriented.
- Willingness to travel if required.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
