**Requirements and Responsibilities**:

- Ability to profile various different social media user according needs, adjust on content construction to target different social media platform.
- Responsible for social media platform layout, content production, matrix planning, Account construction, supervision and implementation.
- Manage Set Up Digital Marketing Campaign And Report For All The Campaign
- Identifies trends and insights and optimizes spend and performance based on the insights.
- Plans, executes, and measures experiments and conversion tests.
- Collaborates with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
- Utilizes strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
- Identifies critical conversion points and drop off points and optimizes user funnels.
- Collaborates with agencies and other vendor partners.
- Manage Website Cms Activities Including Page Creation/Layout Website Maintenance. On Page SEO And Recommending User Experience
- To handle project or assignments on management's discretion from time to time.
- Provides solutions, perspective, and thought leadership where appropriate.

**Qualifications / Skills**:

- Bachelor’s Degree or above in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or other related equivalent
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in Digital Marketing & Marketing
- Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices
- Experience in Facebook Ads and Google Ads is a must.
- Experience in operating social media platforms such as TikTok, Facebook, Twitter, Youtube, Instagram etc.
- Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
- Understanding Google Analytics, Social Media Ads, Display Ads
- Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools
- Required Skill(s): social media marketing, Google Analytics skills, marketing automation, creative content writing; (graphic design, digital design and Video editing are added advantage)
- Proficient in spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia. Proficiency in Mandarin will be an added advantage

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
