**Social Media Management**:
- Manage and maintain social media accounts across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok).
- Schedule and publish posts to ensure consistent and timely content delivery.
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions to engage with the audience and address inquiries or concerns.
- Audience Growth and Engagement:
- Implement strategies to increase the number of followers, likes, and shares.
- Foster a sense of community by actively engaging with followers and influencers.
- Analyse and leverage social media analytics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
**Social Media Advertising**:
- Plan and execute paid social media advertising campaigns to boost reach and conversions.
- Monitor ad performance and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
**Social Media Calendar and Reporting**:
- Create and maintain a content calendar to ensure a consistent posting schedule.
- Prepare regular reports on key social media metrics, such as reach, engagement, and conversion rates.
- Present findings and insights to management for strategy refinement.
**Collaboration**:
- Coordinate with marketing, design, and content teams to align social media efforts with overall marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with influencers and brand advocates to amplify brand messaging.
**Crisis Management**:
- Be prepared to respond promptly and professionally to any negative feedback or crisis situations on social media.
**Social Media Trends and Platform Updates**:
- Stay informed about the latest social media trends, algorithm changes, and platform updates.
- Identify opportunities to leverage new features and functionalities for improved performance.
**Compliance and Policies**:
- Ensure social media activities adhere to legal guidelines and company policies.
**Budget Management**:
- Assist in managing the social media budget, tracking expenses, and optimizing spending.
**E-Commerce Planning**:
- Assist in managing the market place platform such as creating a chat broadcast, edm’s and ads spend
**Key Opinion Leader or Influencer sourcing**:
- Ensure KOL or influencers stay updated with postings and align with the Brand DNA
- To source for new KOL or influencers every month
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
