**Role and Responsibility**:

- Drive targeted traffic and generate leads by creating and launching multiple digital marketing campaigns for company’ products and services.
- Oversee and optimize existing marketing campaign to reduce overall cost per lead and improve the conversion rate.
- Build and crafting high quality webpages such as landing pages and sales pages for company’s products and services.
- Identify new trends in digital marketing, evaluate new technologies and ensure the company product is at the forefront of industry developments.
- Build marketing automation flow and sales funnel using companies’ CRM software and other tools.
- Brainstorm and implement innovative marketing campaign by working with another department consistently.
- Provide quality feedback and reporting for CEO and managers to implement changes to improve overall marketing campaign.
- Improve campaign efficiency and performance, optimize spend base on insights, and assess against ROIs and KPIs.
- Ensure accuracy of information & in time for all digital content and updates.
- Using web analytics software to monitor performance of website and make recommendations for improvement.
**Requirement**:

- Bachelor’s degree or minimum (1) year related working experience in digital marketing.
- Excellent command in English in both reading and writing when it comes to copy writing.
- Ability to write and understand mandarin language fluently will be a huge advantage.
- You must have strong analytical skills, familiar with digital marketing metrics such as cost per lead, conversion rate, click through rate and so on and ability to optimize marketing campaign.
- You’re passionate in digital marketing role, from marketing campaign, sales funnel to growth hacking.
- You MUST be a proactive person without needing to micro-manage.
- You’re attentive to details, result oriented and a team player working with another department.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM4,200.00 per month
