Pupil in Chamber for Litigation

As a Pupil in Chambers, you will be exposed to various aspects of **litigation**, and will be mentored closely by our team of litigators. You will assist in legal research, drafting, client interviews, and attending court proceedings.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct legal research and prepare opinions and case summaries
- Draft pleadings, cause papers, affidavits, and other legal documents
- Assist lawyers in case preparation, including trial bundles and submissions
- Attend court proceedings, hearings, and case managements
- Liaise with clients, court officials, and other parties under supervision
- Provide administrative support related to litigation matters

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) from a recognised university
- Completed or currently completing the Certificate in Legal Practice (CLP) or equivalent
- Strong command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (spoken and written)
- Good research, drafting, and analytical skills
- Responsible, dedicated, and willing to learn
- Able to work independently and in a team
- Own transport is an added advantage

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
