Outlet Internship

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide an excellent customer service and address any queries and complaints
- Working closely with the manager or assigned staff member, and completing all allocated tasks.
- Updating documents and sales records.
- Keeping a log of everything learned and delivering presentations to staff and other stakeholders.
- Making sure that stock is rotated — putting goods with the earliest sell-by dates to the front
- Actively introduce and promote product and promotional items to customers
- Manage (Order, receive, monitor) inventory stocks and stock management
- Removing goods from the shelves which are past their sell-by date

**Job Requirement**:

- High school diploma or similar.
- Degree in marketing, business or similar may be required.
- Strong self-motivation.
- Fluent in spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin or Chinese dialect speaking is an advantage)
- Willing to work 6 days week on shift, weekend & public holiday
- Possess own transport
- Basic PC knowledge
- Proactive working attitude, pleasant personality and honest
- Customer service-oriented

**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: From RM700.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

- Bangsar: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
