**Job Descriptions**:

- Coordinate with the Export / Shipping team on the container arrival schedule.
- Inspect the container condition before loading (clean, dry, no damage or odour)
- Verify the loading plan or sequence according to the packing list, delivery order (DO), and shipment requirements.
- Ensure items are staged and ready at the loading bay in the correct order.
- Cross-check goods against the Packing List, Delivery Order, and Export documents.
- Ensure all items for export are properly labelled and match the shipment documents.
- Notify the Warehouse Executive or Manager of any discrepancies immediately.
- Oversee the loading process to ensure goods are handled carefully and efficiently.
- Ensure proper stacking, weight distribution, and use of pallets or dunnage to prevent damage during transit.
- Monitor team performance and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
- Ensure the container is sealed after loading is completed, and the seal number is recorded correctly.
- Handover loading documents (e.g. Final packing list, photos, and seal record) to the relevant department.
- Record the start and end times of loading.
- Maintain a Container Loading Checklist for internal records.
- Submit a daily or per-loading report to the Warehouse Manager or Shipping Team.
- Ensure loading practices comply with safety, ISO, HACCP (if applicable), and company SOPs.
- Use proper equipment (e.g. Forklists and pallet jacks) safely and ensure staff use PPE during loading.
- Liaise with the Export Officer, Transporter, and Security for smooth loading and container movement.
- Report any delay, incident, or abnormality immediately to the relevant authority.
- To perform ad hoc tasks assigned by superiors from time to time.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in a warehousing, logistics or distribution role will be an advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- A positive, helpful and team-oriented attitude
- Applicants must be willing to work in Seberang Perai Tengah.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
