TMF Group is looking for a R2R Coordinator in our KL office.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Ensure bookkeeping is compliant with group accounting policies and procedures_
- _Ensure delivery of high quality financial data_
- _Review month-end closing entries, such as fixed asset depreciation, prepaid expenses, accruals, IFRS adjustments, etc._
- _Accounts review and reconciliation_
- _Ensure efficient period end closing process_
- _Ensure compliance with IFRS_
- _Perform review of monthly financial reports and ensure these are submitted in accordance to the group reporting deadlines_
- _Prepare monthly variance analysis and provide explanations for significant deviations, along the R2R Senior Specialist._
- _Conduct continuous review of reports and identify opportunities for improvements_
- _Support Internal and External Audits_
- _Support Market Finance Director by preparing ad-hoc reports_
- _Automate data preparation and report creation where possible_
- _Provide guidelines to team members_
- _Develop and coach team members and provide supervision on some of their activities_
- _Identify problems or unexpected events arising during work and resolve them_
- _Be main point of contact for questions related to reporting for TMF stakeholders._
- _Help Process owner to prepare and deliver trainings and seminars when requested._

**Key Requirements**
- _University/College Degree, preferably in Finance or Accounting._
- _Minimum 5 years of experience in similar position. Experience in managing a team preferable._
- _Good command of English (both verbal and written). Madarin, written and reading._
- _Knowledge of accounting rules._
- _Knowledge of IFRS._
- _MS Office knowledge - very good Excel skills._
- _Good knowledge of modern accounting practices._
- _Very good analytical skills and ability to solve problems._
