**Position : General Clerk, Sales Admin**

**Salary Range : RM1,800 - RM2,000 per month**
**Responsibilities**:
- Answer and direct phone calls.
- Provide clerical and organizational support to the sales team.
- Track booking orders and process paperwork.
- Maintain customer database,
- Handle customer queries and complaints.
- Provide general support to visitors and assist with general reception and telephone duties.
- Develop and maintain the filing system..
**Job Requirements**
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in sales support or administrative role.
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
- Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and scanner.
- Excel in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Power Point, in particular).
- Good time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
**Job Type**: Permanent
Pay: RM1,900.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
