Prepare and maintain databases and documentation related to business matters, including presentation materials for stakeholder meetings.
- Develop business plans for new markets, opportunities, and prospects.
- Analyze business data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement.
- Participate in networking sessions and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
- Provide administrative and clerical support to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documentation for management review.
- Handle data entry, filing, and record-keeping in both digital and physical formats.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Support office management and engagement coordination activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support ongoing projects and initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Perform other tasks or assignments as directed by management.
