Prepare and maintain project-related documentation, proposals, and cost databases.
- Prepare tender and contract documentation, including bills of quantities, in line with building and construction laws.
- Assist with tendering, measurement confirmation, contract management, and project claims.
- Conduct feasibility studies, cost planning, and value engineering.
- Evaluate and analyze contractors’ and suppliers’ quotations and claims.
- Source, invite, and evaluate suppliers/subcontractors to submit quotations/proposals in accordance with tender specifications.
- Monitor project costs and prepare progress claims, variation orders, and final accounts.
- Conduct site visits to verify progress and assess work completed.
- Liaise and collaborate with project managers, engineers, contractors, subcontractors, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
- Ensure compliance with contractual terms, industry regulations, and company policies.
- Provide cost advice throughout different project stages.
- Review and examine material costs, outsourced labour costs, and other contract charges to ensure healthy project margins.
- Prepare accurate and timely reports and documentation for management review.

- Good communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Able to work with minimum supervision and meet deadlines.
