**Reports to**:Finance Manager
**Job Summary**:
The Accounts Executive will be responsible for managing the full set of accounts for three entities—AAH Nippon Sdn Bhd, AAH Samurai Sdn Bhd, and AAH Auto Sdn Bhd. This role ensures accuracy in financial records, compliance with regulatory requirements, and timely reporting to support the organizations' financial health.
**1. Daily Responsibilities**:
**AAH Nippon Sdn Bhd**:
- Print receipts and attach them to payment vouchers.
- Perform bank reconciliations for CIMB Pandan Indah and other accounts.
- Key in accounts receivable (A/R) payments.
- Prepare payment and cash vouchers.
- Process payments and inform management for approval.
**AAH Samurai Sdn Bhd**:
- Update payment receipts in Teams.
- Perform bank reconciliations.
- Verify deposit amounts against sales reports and reconcile discrepancies.
- Record daily sales and A/R payments.
- Prepare payment vouchers and upload for approval.
**AAH Auto Sdn Bhd**:
- Update daily bank balances and transactions in the group financial system.
- Print receipts and prepare payment vouchers.
- Perform bank reconciliations.
- Key in A/R payments and process payments for approval.
**2. Monthly Responsibilities**:
- Record journal entries, including depreciation, accruals, and adjustments.
- Prepare and process SST return payments every two months.
- Finalize and close monthly accounts, including preparing Profit and Loss (P&L) statements.
- Generate and organize bank statements for filing and audit purposes.
- Upload monthly financial summaries to the team portal.
**3. Compliance and Reporting**:
- Ensure compliance with all tax regulations, including SST submissions.
- Assist in preparing documentation for internal and external audits.
- Provide financial reports and insights to the Finance Manager and stakeholders.
**Requirement**:
- Possess at least Bachelor Degree in Accounting Studies or equivalent certificate
- Possess at least 1 to 3 years of experience in Accounting
- Possess at least 1 to 3 years of experience in full set of Accounting
- Working days and hours (Mon - Fri, 8.30 am - 5.30 pm)
- Location: Seri Kembangan, Selangor
**Compensation & Benefit**:
- Basic salary: RM 2,800 - RM 3,200/month
- Medical fee claimable
