**Job Title**:Account Executive

**Reports to**:Finance Manager

**Job Summary**:
The Account Executive is responsible for managing the full set of accounts, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and handling day-to-day accounting operations. This role requires strong attention to detail, knowledge of accounting standards, and the ability to work independently.

**1. Full Set of Accounts Management**
- Prepare and maintain the full set of accounts, including general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
- Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end closing.
- Reconcile bank statements, supplier statements, and other financial records.

**2. Financial Reporting & Analysis**
- Prepare financial statements, management reports, and cash flow.
- Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.

**3. Accounts Payable & Receivable**
- Process vendor invoices, payments, and staff reimbursements.
- Monitor and follow up on outstanding receivables to ensure timely collection.

**4. Taxation & Compliance**
- Handle SST and other tax-related matters.
- Assist in liaising with auditors, tax agents, and regulatory bodies for compliance.

**5. Payroll & Bank Transactions**
- Prepare payroll entries and ensure timely salary disbursement.
- Handle banking transactions, including fund transfers and payment processing.

**6. Other Accounting Duties**
- Maintain proper documentation and record-keeping.
- Assist in system implementation and process improvements.
- Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned.

**Requirement**:

- Possess at least Bachelor Degree in Accounting Studies or equivalent certificate
- Possess at least 1 to 3 years of experience in Accounting
- Possess at least 1 to 3 years of experience in full set of Accounting
- Working days and hours (Mon - Fri, 8.30 am - 5.30 pm)
- Location: Seri Kembangan, Selangor

**Compensation & Benefit**:

- Basic salary: RM 2,600 - RM 3,000/month
- Medical fee claimable
- Company activities

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,600.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
