Cmm Programmer

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain the effective and efficient operation of the Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) and its related systems.
- Prepare and develop CMM programs, including the design and setup of jigs and fixtures, to accurately inspect new and existing parts.
- Execute first-article inspections and subsequent product inspections, interpreting dimensional and geometric specifications from technical drawings.
- Develop new inspection methods and work instructions to enhance CMM inspection efficiency and improve overall product quality.
- Continuously monitor product quality and dimensional conformance, taking corrective and preventive actions as needed.
- Ensure CMM inspection reports, records, and related technical documents are properly prepared, recorded, and maintained.
- Maintain the integrity of CMM programs and machine parameters, ensuring no unauthorized modifications are made.
- Maintain a high standard of safe operation and good housekeeping in the CMM inspection area.
- Support in any additional tasks as assigned by the immediate superior.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Proven experience in programming and operating CMM machines, with a strong preference for expertise in **Mitutoyo CMM and its software.**:

- Excellent ability to read and interpret technical drawings, including a strong understanding of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).
- Solid knowledge of machining and manufacturing processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Proficiency in preparing technical documentation and reports.

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,600.00 per month
