**Job Summary**:
Responsible for ensuring excellent customer service, driving sales, managing inventory, and supporting daily retail store operations. Creating a positive shopping experience and achieving store targets.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Drive sales and meet daily/monthly targets through excellent service and product knowledge.
- Maintain high standards of store presentation, cleanliness, and merchandising.
- Manage stock levels, perform inventory checks, and assist with restocking.
- Handle point-of-sale (POS) transactions, returns, and cash management.
- Support store promotions and product launches.
- Monitor customer feedback and resolve issues professionally.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations.
- Prepare basic sales reports and provide insights to improve performance.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum SPM
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sales-driven mindset with strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in MS Office and POS systems.
- Preferred Chinese applicants / Mandarin speakers

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
