**ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES**

The incumbent is responsible in maintaining compliance with government regulations (state, and foreign tax authorities), finance governance & procedures, auditing payroll, payment processes and tax filings with the system or another platform. Besides, working on developing and maintaining written departmental policies & procedures, enforcing adherence to payroll, payment policies and internal controls.

**Geographic Scope**:Asia Pacific & Middle East

**WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR**
- Responsible for all day-to-day payment administrative functions and collaboration with Finance and vendors.
- Support monthly payroll processing, ensuring payroll deadlines are met
- Work with employees across the organization and external teams to ensure proper processing of payroll
- Assisting in the troubleshooting and investigation of payment issues and making appropriate corrections.
- Run ad-hoc requests to extract payroll data when it’s needed
- Support ad hoc and regular management reporting on all payment-related information.
- Safeguard and ensure confidentiality of HR and payroll data

**ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE**
- Equipped with at least 1-2 years of Payroll related experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting / Finance / Business Administration or equivalent field
- Good in English (orally and written)
- Have a continuous process improvement mindset
- Good team player, maintains confidentiality, a fast learner with dedication and committed to work
- Able to set priorities in meeting deadlines and objectives within the team
- Detailed oriented person
