Main Task Areas:

  • Operational Excellence:
  • Ensure high-quality data integrity for payroll and HR data processes.
  • Process personnel administration requests via multiple channels, ensuring accurate and timely interface with processing chains.
  • Responsible for time and attendance administration, including manual calculations on time allowances/deductions, maintenance of work schedules, leaves, overtimes, and shift substitutions.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Accounting, Mathematics, Commerce, or Business Administration and Finance.
  • 1-2 years of related HR working experience in payroll and HR operations.
  • Preferably experience in relevant HR procedures, practices, and country statutory regulations.
  • Working knowledge of integrated payroll systems, preferably SAP.
