**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Review time sheets, work charts, stock order, and other information to detect daily amount of in and out stock.
- Monitor the driver request of work order for maintenance or inventories.
- Prepared a daily record for the inventory and invoice by using software.
- Checked the stock such as battery, engine oil and others.
- Prepared a monthly report.
- Monitor the store at workshop and deal with suppliers regarding the inventories.
- Any others duties assign by superior.

**Requirements**:

- Qualifications: SPM, Diploma in administration or its equivalent.
- Experience: Minimum 1 - 2 years experience in previous work-related skills, knowledge, or experiences.
- Skills:

- 1. Good command of spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.2. Computer literacy, knowledge in MS Office: Word, Excel and Power Point.3. Good interpersonal, communication skills and multi-tasking.
- Knowledge : Knowledge on workshop management /system
- Others: Good team player, mature and attentive to details.
- Able to work in Subang Jaya.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month

- STM/STPM (preferred)
