Human Resource Executive

Job responsibilities: - To perform recruitment processes including advertising, sourcing, screening, interview arrangement and coordination, reference checks. - Administer and manage employee benefits and compensation programs - Maintain employee files and HR databases - Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance to managers and employees - Support employee engagement initiatives and programs - Assist with the administration of performance management processes - Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies Requirements: - Minimum Diploma/ Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field - Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Knowledge of labor laws and regulations in Malaysia - Proficient in Microsoft Office - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Fluent in English and Mandarin. - Any other ad hoc tasks, as and when may be required - Working hours: Monday to Friday (9:00am to 6:00pm), Saturday (9:00am to 1:00pm)
