Role Overview

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented
Human Resource Executive
to support our daily HR operations and internal processes. This role covers recruitment, employee administration, payroll coordination, and compliance, supporting a growing team in a fast-paced environment.

You will work closely with management to ensure smooth HR operations while maintaining proper documentation, communication, and employee support.

Responsibilities

Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities (job posting, screening, coordination)
  • Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and onboarding documents
  • Coordinate new employee onboarding and orientation

HR Operations & Administration

  • Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR documentation
  • Manage attendance, leave records, and employee data updates
  • Handle general HR inquiries and support employee relations

Payroll & Statutory Matters

  • Assist in monthly payroll preparation and verification
  • Handle statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB)
  • Liaise with external vendors or accountants when required

Policy & Compliance

  • Ensure HR practices comply with company policies and local labor regulations
  • Assist in drafting and updating HR policies and procedures
  • Support disciplinary processes and documentation when required

General HR Support

  • Coordinate internal communications and announcements
  • Support HR-related reporting and administrative tasks
  • Assist management with HR planning and workforce coordination

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • At least 1–2 years of HR or administrative experience preferred
  • Familiar with Malaysian labor laws and statutory requirements
  • Good communication skills in
    English & Mandarin
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Able to handle confidential information professionally
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
