Level Up Fitness (Headquarters — Kuching)
We are expanding and looking for a dynamic Senior HR & Admin Executive to lead our HR & Admin team at Level Up Fitness HQ.
In this role, you will supervise a team of staff in the HR & Admin Department and ensure smooth, efficient day-to-day HR operations for all Level Up Fitness outlets (recruitment, attendance, payroll support, employee relations, documentation, and compliance).
You will also oversee general office administration at HQ — ensuring a productive and well-managed workplace environment.
What You Will DoHuman Resources (Primary Scope)
- Lead and supervise a team of HR & Admin personnel.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment: posting jobs, screening candidates, coordinating interviews, preparing offer letters.
- Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes (orientation, documentation, exit procedures).
- Verify attendance, OT, unpaid leave, shift rosters, and provide payroll input to Finance.
- Ensure compliance with employment regulations (EA, EPF, SOCSO, EIS, HRDF).
- Maintain and update Employee Handbook, HR policies, and HRIS/attendance system.
- Handle employee relations and disciplinary matters (show cause letters, warnings, documentation).
- Maintain accurate and complete staff records, contracts, confirmation letters, renewals, etc.
- Generate monthly HR reports (recruitment status, headcount updates, turnover, payroll submission).
Office Administration (HQ Scope)
- Oversee overall office administration, facilities, and office maintenance.
- Plan and coordinate staff welfare activities, company events, and training arrangements.
- Manage office supplies, vendor coordination, courier services, utilities, and asset tracking.
- Ensure the HR & Admin team handles day-to-day HQ support efficiently.
- Experience in HR operations (payroll input, recruitment, employee relations, documentation).
- Able to lead a small team, assign tasks, and ensure timely completion.
- Proactive, organized, strong sense of ownership — does not need to be micromanaged.
- Excellent communication skills (BM & English).
- High confidentiality and integrity.
