**About the role**:
We are looking for Finance Manager to join our dynamic team at Mont Kiara, Kuala Lumpur. Finance manager responsible for managing the financial health of an organization in order to promote success and growth while maintaining legal financial practices. Your duties typically include financial planning to determine how to pay off liabilities and grow the business, reviewing financial documents to ensure tax-compliance and collaboration with other departments to achieve monetary goals.

Finance Managers responsible for advising an organization on how to increase profit through prudent financial practices and monitoring and enforcing compliance with finance-related laws, procedures and regulations such as tax filing and financial reporting.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead the Finance team of the group and in charge of the consolidation accounts of the Group.
- Oversee operations of the subsidiaries’ finance department, set goals and objectives, and design a framework for these to be met.
- Manage cash flows for all entities in the group and for the Group as a whole.
- Financial reporting: Producing accurate financial reports on time, and presenting them to stakeholders, executives, and board members
- Financial analysis: Reviewing financial reports, analyzing market trends, and identifying areas for improvement
- Financial planning: Developing business plans, financial forecasts, and budgets
- Risk management: Identifying and minimizing financial risks, and estimating short
- and long-term financial goals
- Compliance: Ensuring legal compliance with laws and procedures, and conducting financial audits
- Financial advice: Providing senior management with financial advice to help with decision-making
- External relationships: Developing relationships with auditors, bankers, solicitors, and other organizations
- Cost reduction: Identifying opportunities to reduce costs
- Treasury functions: Handling treasury functions and supervising accounting operations
- Mentor, coach and groom finance staffs in the department.

**Requirements**:

- At least 10 years’ working experience in finance with min 3 years in managerial role
- Extensive experience in handling full set accounts and consolidation.
- Possess good knowledge of accounting principles and standards
- Possess good supervisory, planning and organizing skills
- Meticulous and good analytical skill in managing financial data

Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per month
