**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Monitor the inventory levels by using software programs and initiating transportation & shipments.
- Conduct inventory count, assist to verify the stock discrepancies & ensure all inventory transaction are completed.
- Ensure the security and accountability of materials & goods with inventory control.
- Examine related materials and goods to identify defects, check the quantity and ensure that the customer's requirements are met.
- Plan and coordinate with customer service teams to ensure timely operations execution.
- Enforce the facility security & employee safety measures to ensure that the warehouse adheres to the government’s safety and environmental standard (DOE, DOSH, Poison License).
- Liaise with clients, suppliers and vendors on the arrangement of shipment & equipment needs.
- Oversee teams and staff, assigning packing / dilution / cargo preparation, organizing employee training & developing teamwork initiative.
- Oversee shipment loading and unloading, handling day-to-day operations for the warehouse & prepare shipment schedule.
- Any other duties assigned from time to time by the Management.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Experience in chemical / manufacturing / steel metal industry would be added advantage.
- Familiar with Inventory & Warehouse Management System.
- Familiar with local & oversea shipping arrangement.
- Required skill(s): MS Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint).
- Possess good leadership, communication skills & organizational skills.
