**Job Overview**:
The **Accounts Executive** will manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely collections and payments. This role also involves supporting the preparation of financial reports, assisting with budget planning, and handling reconciliations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage company accounts, including AP & AR, ensuring timely collections and payments.
- Prepare monthly closing reports, variance analysis, and maintain fixed asset records.
- Assist in annual budget preparation and monitor cash flow for effective planning.
- Handle bank reconciliation, inter-company settlements, and liaise with auditors, tax agents, and statutory bodies.
- Support and oversee payroll processing and general administration.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Degree or minimum Diploma in Accounting.
- Strong **mathematical & analytical** skills with logical thinking.
- Self-motivated and eager to take on **ad-hoc projects**.
- Chinese-speaking is a must to collaborate with overseas colleagues in Hong Kong and Taiwan.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
