**工作总结：**
- 成为不断壮大的电子商务团队的一员，管理新加坡和马来西亚的多个品牌。我们正在建立一个长期团队，并正在寻找热衷于电子商务的个人。
**工作职责：**
- 协助管理跨不同市场（Lazada、Shopee、eBay、Amazon）和自有网站的现有和新电子商务帐户。
- 学习并协助所有围绕电子商务的营销活动，包括邮件黑猩猩和聊天广播。
- 参加电话查询、WhatsApp 短信、在线平台查询和电子邮件，尤其是在活动日（仅在活动日上午 12 点回复）。
- 规划/执行跨平台的产品发布。
- 参加所有平台活动。
- 协助准备符合公司标准的照片编辑。
- 平台广告。
- 绩效营销。
- 实现每月/每季度/每年设定的所有关键指标。
- 确保所有内容（页面、产品和价格等）均准确显示、最新且始终符合指南/参考。
- 解决在线市场的任何运营问题。
- 与关注者沟通，及时回复查询（尤其是在活动日）并监控客户评论。
- 补货并协调指定物流合作伙伴的取货。
- 在适用的情况下协助履行其他职责。
**工作需求：**
- 学士/文凭。
- 了解MS Excel、V-Lookup、Adobe Photoshop/ Illustrator。
- 精力充沛、协作且注重结果。
- 精通 IT 且学习能力强，能够快速掌握操作系统方面的新技能。
- 有效的时间管理技能和多任务处理能力。
- 一丝不苟，注重细节和数字。
- 专业和积极主动的职业道德。
- 熟悉汽车领域（首选）。

薪资： RM3,000.00至RM5,000.00（每月 ）
