What this job involves
This internship will allow you to work closely under the mentorship of an experienced facilities management professional. You will gain a better understanding of some of the daily tasks related to their area of expertise.
You will also be engaged on structured learning activities that will help you explore how you can develop into a corporate real estate professional. You will have the opportunity to hear from senior stakeholders on their journeys, as well as benefit from the available group coaching and self-paced learning modules. 
Your internship experience could be in any of the following disciplines:
Fulfilling tasks assigned by a supervisor.

Managing minor projects from planning, getting quotation, specification, monitoring and closure (office move, office conversion, new office setup etc)

To ensure all vendors workers are monitored and accompanied during the duration of their works.

Ensure all safety aspects of the works are monitored.

Assist team for any space utilization audit - parking, office, lab

Assist the team in doing paperwork and documentation

Putting best practices in place
Do you like sharing ideas to improve the work process? As our Intern, we are encourage you to explore more ideas and technique to enhance Space Planning capability and service delivery standards to client.

Teamwork should also be one of your strongest points, as you’ll work with a team to ensure that all jobs and projects are being execute smoothly within timeline given.

Have knowledge in basic administration and computing skill

Well versed in Microsoft office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Good written/spoken English skills (intermediate level)

Able to communicate and coordinate with vendors to execute any projects/task given.

Have good presentation skill

Added value - if have basic knowledge in SharePoint
