**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Supervise and Monitor**: Oversee the safety and well-being of children in the classroom.
- **Curriculum Implementation**: Plan and execute age-appropriate educational activities and lessons.
- **Developmental Assessment**: Observe and assess children's development and progress.
- **Communication**: Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding their child's progress.
- **Classroom Management**: Maintain an organized, clean, and safe learning environment.
- **Behavior Management**: Guide children's behavior using positive discipline techniques.
- **Nutritional Support**: Assist with meal and snack preparation, ensuring proper nutrition and hygiene.
- **Record Keeping**: Maintain accurate records of attendance, incidents, and developmental milestones.
- **Collaboration**: Work collaboratively with other teachers and staff members.
- **Professional Development**: Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Diploma in Early Childhood Education or Kursus Asuhan Permata (KAP) or any related field.
- **Experience**: Prior experience working with young children in a childcare or educational setting is preferred.
- **Certifications**: First Aid/CPR certification and other relevant certifications as required by local regulations.

**Skills**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with Mandarin proficiency being an advantage.
- Patience, empathy, and a passion for working with children.
- Ability to manage a classroom effectively and maintain a positive learning environment.
- Creativity and enthusiasm in developing and implementing educational activities.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
