**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**1. Accounts Receivable (AR)**:

- Generate and send out invoices to customers in a timely manner.
- Monitor incoming payments and record receipts accurately.
- Reconcile customer accounts and resolve any billing issues or disputes.
- Maintain proper documentation for all receivables transactions.
- Prepare AR aging reports.

**2. Accounts Payable (AP)**:

- Process and verify supplier invoices for accuracy and proper authorization.
- Ensure timely and accurate payment to vendors, including bank transfer, or online payments.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Maintain and update accounts payable records and ensure proper documentation.
- Monitor outstanding payables.
- Assist in month-end closing by preparing AP aging reports and supporting schedules.

**3. Full Set of Accounts**:

- Handle the full set of accounts, including journal entries, general ledger, and trial balance.
- Perform month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Prepare monthly financial statements (Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet).
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records and ensure proper filing.
- Reconcile bank statements and other accounts as needed.
- Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and regulatory bodies for audit and compliance matters.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

**4. Other Responsibilities**:

- Prepare e-invoice and support tax-related matters.
- Assist in annual audits and provide supporting schedules and documents.
- Support internal control and process improvement initiatives.
- Perform any other ad hoc duties assigned by the Management.

**REQUIREMENT**:

- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent.
- At least 2-5 years of relevant experience handling full set of accounts, AP & AR.
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g., AutoCount).
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and local financial regulations.
- Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
