**Role Summary**:
As an intern, you’ll have the opportunity to work alongside experienced team members and contribute to ongoing projects that directly impact Kiddocare’s growth. This role is suitable for university students or fresh graduates who are looking to explore and learn within a fast-paced tech-enabled startup environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Depending on the assigned department, tasks may include:
**Marketing**
- Assist with social media content creation, scheduling, and community engagement
- Support campaign planning, reporting, and competitor research

**Recruitment & HR**
- Help coordinate interviews, onboarding, and internal staff events
- Organize and maintain recruitment databases

**Childcare Operations**
- Support scheduling, caregiver coordination, and customer communications
- Assist in quality assurance and service documentation

**Business Development**
- Conduct market research and identify potential partners
- Help with pitch materials and proposal development

**Customer Service**
- Track feedback and assist in improving customer experience

**Finance & Admin**
- Support data entry, invoice processing, and tracking expenses
- Organize documents and assist in audits

**Technology**
- Assist in testing new app features or data cleanup
- Support UX/UI research or helpdesk issues if relevant

**Requirements**:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma/Degree in a relevant field
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a startup environment
- Basic proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
- [Optional: Specific skills based on department, e.g., Canva for marketing, Excel for finance]
