**About the Role**

With Sham Poliklinik Sdn Bhd rapidly advancing, we now have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and passionate Clinic Assistant. You will help drive growth across our clinical operation functions, with the focus of creating an inviting and pleasant patient experience. You’ll make a difference in the patient care we offer with your unique blend of skills and knowledge.

Clinic Assistants are healthcare providers responsible in assisting medical professionals by performing administrative and clinical tasks in our primary care facilities while delivering outstanding customer service and maintaining positive patient engagement.

**The three qualities we look for when hiring are**:

- Intelligence

- Proactive
- A tertiary qualification in related fields is preferred.
- Vast experience as a Clinic Assistant in GP setting.
- Proven ability in good public relations skill, to work in teams and in shifts.
- Well-versed in doing Panel Claim and ability in promoting products/services.
- Strong command of Bahasa Malaysia and English language is essential, as are time management and organization skills.

**Our Branches Location**:

- Sg. Ramal Branch (Kajang)
- Taman Sri Jenaris (Kajang)
- Sg. Merab Branch (Bandar Baru Bangi)

**Salary**:

- Negotiable depending on experience.
