Main Responsibilities:

  1. Reception & Admin Support

  2. Welcome and register patients when they arrive.

  3. Book appointments and update patient records.
  4. Answer phone calls and assist with inquiries.
  5. Handle billing, payments, and receipts using clinic software.

  6. Keep files and documents in order.

  7. Clinical Support

  8. Assist the doctor or nurse during check-ups and minor procedures.

  9. Prepare consultation rooms and set up equipment.
  10. Help take basic measurements like weight and temperature.

  11. Clean and prepare medical tools for use.

  12. Stock & Supplies

  13. Keep track of medical supplies and reorder when needed.

  14. Make sure medicines and items are stored correctly.

  15. Help with regular stock checks.

  16. Cleanliness & Safety

  17. Keep the clinic, especially patient areas, neat and clean.

  18. Follow proper steps for disposing of medical waste.

  19. Help maintain a safe and hygienic environment.

  20. Patient Service

  21. Make sure patients are comfortable and well taken care of.

  22. Offer help to elderly or disabled patients.
  23. Listen to patient concerns and report serious issues to the manager or doctor.

Requirements:

Education:

  • Minimum SPM or equivalent.
  • Training in healthcare or clinic work is a plus.

Experience:

  • 0–2 years' experience working in a clinic or healthcare setting.
  • Training will be given to those without experience.

Skills:

  • Friendly and responsible attitude.
  • Able to work with others and handle busy situations.
  • Speak and understand Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  • Basic computer skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,700.00 per month
