A Full-Time Clinic Assistant at Klinik Dr Twins plays a crucial role in ensuring smooth clinic operations, providing excellent patient care, and supporting doctors in daily tasks. Their job scope includes:

1. Patient Registration & Customer Service

  • Greet and assist patients with registration and appointment scheduling.
  • Handle inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, or walk-ins professionally.
  • Guide patients on clinic services, procedures, and pricing.
  • Maintain patient confidentiality and uphold a friendly, professional environment.

2. Assisting Doctors & Medical Procedures

  • Prepare consultation rooms with necessary medical supplies and equipment.
  • Assist doctors with minor procedures (e.g., wound dressing, vaccinations, nebulization).
  • Perform basic medical tasks like checking blood pressure, height, weight, and glucose levels.
  • Ensure cleanliness and sterilization of medical instruments and equipment.

3. Dispensing Medication & Stock Management

  • Dispense prescribed medications and educate patients on proper usage.
  • Monitor and manage clinic inventory, ensuring adequate stock of medications and medical supplies.
  • Assist in ordering and restocking medicines as per clinic requirements.

4. Payment Handling & Billing

  • Process payments via cash, card, or online transactions.
  • Handle medical claims (e.g., insurance, panel claims).
  • Maintain accurate daily cash and transaction records.

5. Clinic Cleanliness & Maintenance

  • Ensure the clinic is clean, organized, and well-maintained.
  • Follow infection control and hygiene protocols.

6. Administrative Support & Teamwork

  • Maintain accurate patient records in the clinic system.
  • Assist in reporting, documentation, and data entry as required.
  • Support doctors and colleagues in any additional tasks or projects to improve clinic efficiency.
  • Participate in staff meetings, training, and skill development programs.
