**Basic Salary**: RM1,500 - RM1,800 (Not include allowance)

**Working Location**: TM Annexe 1 Bangsar/ Plaza VADS TTDI/ KPV Kelana Jaya

**Working Days**: Monday - Sunday (5 days working, 2 days off)

**Working Hours**: 7:00am - 4:30pm/ 2:00pm - 10:30pm
- Attend/ answer inbound calls from customers.
- Identify customer billing and product issues on pre-unifi.
- Assist customer to solve problems by providing the right solution or trouble shooting.

**Requirement**:

- Minimum SPM qualification.
- Able to start immediately.
- Able to travel.

**Benefit**:

- 2 weeks training provided (Paid training)
- Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm

**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
