Admin Assistant

Responsible for monthly reports (attendance, OT Daily output & others).
- Request quotation for raw materials and closely monitor supplier delivery schedules.
- Work closely with suppliers to resolve quality issues.
- Monitoring the availability of parts and replenishing supplies.
- Request Procurement department to issue PO.
- Request stationery & production supplies from HQ.
- Maintaining a tidy work environment
- Support manufacturing activities such as creating DO, arranging transport and others.
- Carry out monthly stock take (raw materials & WIP)
- Any other additional task assigned by HOD
**Requirements**:
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Experience in SQL system
- Full-Time position(s) available
- Aggressive, with a learner mindset, able to work under pressure & high flexibility.
- Prefer **Male** only
