We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Administrative Assistant to join our growing team in Kapar, Klang. As an Admin Executive, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of our office. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and development.

**What you'll be doing**
- Providing general administrative support, including data entry, word processing and other clerical duties
- Assisting with the preparation of reports, and other documents
- Supporting the wider team with ad-hoc tasks as required
- Experience in SQL system

**What we're looking for**
- **5.5 Working Day**:

- **At least 1 years of experience in an administrative or clerical role**:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, especially Word, Excel and Outlook
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- A proactive and customer-oriented approach
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
