We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic **Event Intern** to assist in the planning and execution of live music events and concerts. This internship offers a hands-on opportunity to gain experience in event coordination, logistics, and on-ground operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Support the events team in organising and executing concert logistics.
- Assist in liaising with vendors, artists, and crew members.
- Help coordinate ticketing, guest lists, and access passes.
- Contribute to event promotion and social media activities.
- Assist in setting up and dismantling event spaces.
- Handle administrative tasks such as preparing schedules, briefing notes, and checklists.
- Support on-site event operations, including crowd flow, artist support, and troubleshooting.

**Requirements**:

- Strong interest in live music, concerts, and event management.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Team player with a proactive, hands-on attitude.
- Able to stay calm and focused in fast-paced environments.
- Familiarity with basic office software; knowledge of design or marketing tools is a bonus.

**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: RM500.00 - RM800.00 per month
