**JOB DESCRIPTION**:

- **Tender Management**: Prepare comprehensive tenders, including estimation, quantities take-off, and claim preparation.
- **Contract Oversight**: Take full charge of Bill of Quantities, materials computation, and contract preparation for various projects.
- **Financial Planning**: Develop project budgets and conduct detailed cost analyses to ensure project profitability.
- **Documentation**: Create and manage tender documents, reports, quotation costings, and contract documents with precision.
- **Claims Processing**: Ensure timely handling and certification of ongoing project claims and payments, including variation orders.
- **Stakeholder Communication**: Maintain smooth communication and coordination with consultants, architects, engineers, contractors, and suppliers.
- **Variation Management**: Monitor and record all variation orders, ensuring proper documentation and claims.
- **Project Meetings**: Attend site meetings as required, representing the quantity surveying department.

**REQUIREMENT**:

- **Language Skills**: Proficiency in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia is essential for effective communication with diverse stakeholders, including Mandarin-speaking clients.
- **QS Expertise**: Demonstrated experience in managing overall Quantity Surveying operations, with strong analytical and coordination skills.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
