Job Description:
- Provide general support to existing office staff in handling day-to-day matters, including answering phone calls, type quotation, ensure proper filing
- Maintain and update necessary record such as site inspection form, invoices, database and arrangement
- Assist in sourcing and purchase and follow up on the delivery status
- Execute other ad-hoc and general administrative responsibilities and tasks assigned
- Able to assist in any other other relevant ad-hoc tasks & assignments
Job Requirements:
- Proficiency in Mandarin (speaking & writing) IS A MUST.
- Able to communicate in Malay/English.
- Able work in Bukit Minyak.
- Good discipline and teamwork spirit.
- Fresh Graduates / Entry Level are strongly encouraged to apply.
- With or without experience, training will be provided by company.
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
