**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- To raise vessel booking to shipping agent with accurate information.
- To ensure booking confirmation received with correct required information.
- To communicate with agents / liner for shipping quotation. (CIF shipments)
- To communicate with agents/liner on return cargo arrangement from customer.
- To arrange for container booking request to forwarding agent.
- To monitor/ensure PIC follow up on container delivery by Haulage Company.
- To prepare and check all shipping document before forward to related parties such as Invoice, packing list, shipping instruction etc.
- To ensure 3rd party documents/ supporting document required being obtained on timely basis.
- To observes and implements policies, procedures and work instruction for the department.
- To assist in sourcing of shipping rates and rates negotiation.
- To prepare and monitor container / loading planning.
- To check and ensure all the shipping documents received from forwarding agent are in correct order.
- To issue Debit Note to the customer for the relevance charges.
- To prepare payment to forwarding agent as per the agreed terms in timely basis.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Bachelor Degree in Shipping / Logistic / Supply Chain or others equivalent or Diploma in related field with 3 - 5 years of relevant experience.
- Fresh graduates are encouraging to apply.
- Good written & communication skills (English & Bahasa Malaysia)
