Self or lead team to develop and implement commodity and supplier strategy. Select and manage suppliers. Achieve cost reduction and centralized sourcing objectives. Establish sustainable supply base in place / 直接负责或领导团队制定并执行所负责的物料 品类和供应商策略。寻找和管理供应商。完成成本节约和实现集中采购目标，并保证有稳 定可靠的供应商基础。

**Responsibilities and Tasks / 职责与任务**
- Self or lead team to prepare commodity and supplier strategy. Get alignment with China headquarters and consensus from senior leadership. / 直接负责或领导团队制定商 品和供应商战略。与中国总部保持一致，并获得高层领导的一致意见。
- Drive team proactively identify raw material centralized sourcing opportunity to reduce cost and improve supplier delivery performance for company operation. /推动采 购团队主动识别原材料集中采购的机会，从而降低采购成本，提高供应商交付能力，实现 对公司运营的更好支持。
- Develop best fit supply base for company in terms of supplier technical capability, quality consistency, competitive price, capacity, business fit in general. /在供应商的技术能 力、质量一致性、竞争性价格、产能、总体业务适合性等方面为公司开发最适合的供应基 础。
- Lead solicit, analyze bids, and negotiate with suppliers. Manage total landed cost. /领 导征集、分析标书并与供应商谈判。管理总落地成本。
- Responsible for continual cost reduction project ideation, review and approval, and execution by using project management tools and techniques, and collaborating internally and externally as required. /负责运用项目管理工具和技术，持续降低成本的项 目构思、审批和执行，并根据需要进行内外部协作。
- Lead the process of purchase agreements development, negotiation, and management in accordance with company policies, procedures, and approval authority. / 根据公司的政策、程序和审批权限，领导采购协议的制定、谈判和管理过程。
- Manage business relationships with suppliers, including monitoring negotiated contracts to ensure technical, quality, cost, service, etc. requirements are met, and proactively implementing best practices and continuous improvement. /管理与供应商的业务关系，包括监控协商的合同，以确保技术、质量、成本、服务等方面的要求得到满 足，并积极实施最佳实践和持续改进。
- Perform all Strategic purchasing activities in accordance with departmental goals, objectives and company policies and procedures. Track and report on key performance measurements. /根据部门目标和公司政策和程序执行所有战略采购活动。跟踪并报告关键 绩效指标。
- Align with global requirement and processes, develop and execute the best fit processes for China Strategic Purchasing function. Maintain data integrity in E-Systems./ 与全球需求和流程保持一致，为中国战略采购职能部门制定和执行最适合的流程。维护数 据系统中的数据完整性。
- Coordinate all strategic purchasing related activities for operations and new product development as assigned within the various commodities. /协调所有与战略采购相关的活 动，以便在不同商品范围内进行运营和新产品开发。
- Manage and improve global and China base suppliers overall performance, thus to better support company group global sourcing activities. /管理并改进国际和中国供应商 的整体能力和水平，从事更好地支持公司集团的全球采购业务。
- Use Risk Management to assess supply vulnerability. Develops strategies to minimize or mitigate risk. /使用风险管理评估供应脆弱性。制定降低或减轻风险的策略。
- Support or lead project and site purchasing executions when assigned by company / 根据工作需要，支持或领导项目采购和工厂执行采购等分配任务。
- Support global/region supplier quality QA and/or QC as assigned/根据工作需要和公 司安排，支持全球性或区域性的供应商质量工作开展。

**Profile/岗位要求**
- Three ~ five years strategic purchasing with multinational companies, and team management experience preferred /3~5 年跨国公司战略采购经验，优选有团队管理经验
- Must have sufficient analytical skills to perform highly complex procurement competitive and scheduling analysis. /必须具备足够的分析技能，以执行高度复杂的采购 竞争和进度分析
- Must have technical knowledge related to performance and manufacturing processes about electronic, electrical and/or mechanical and/or non-metal materials commodity items. /必须具备电子、电气和/或机械商品、或金属非金属材料及产品的性能和制造工艺 相关的技术知识
- Must maintain high ethical standards to support a professional business code of conduct. /必须保持高道德标准，以支持专业的商业行为准则
- Good communication skills. Good written and spoken skills in English. /良好的沟通能 力。良好的英语读写能力
- Good self-driven and/or team leadership /良好的自驱力和团队领导力
- Capable to work under pressure /能够在压力下工作
- Experience on supplier quality, PM preferred /有供应商质量管理或项目管理经验优先
- Global travel request 30%-70% /能够适应国际出差 30%-70%

Pay: RM12,000.00 - RM18,000.00 per month
