Business Analyst Executive

**Reports to : Operations Support Manager**

The position is responsible to bridge the gap between Business needs and IT solutions. Analyzing operational activities to ensure efficiency is maintained and establish accurate processes for undefined areas. Identify areas that needs process improvement, organizational change or strategic planning and policy development to ensure the business achieve cost reduction, efficiency and accuracy.

**1. Process improvement**
- Collate, distribute and report on operational activity data daily.
- Design policies and framework for process improvement function.
- Consistently review process inputs and output for efficiency and effectiveness.
- Proactively identify areas/activities that can be enhanced to meet Organization objectives.
- Provide recommendation to Management on scope for improvement; including resources required, timeline for delivery and impact on existing operations.
- Conduct cost vs benefit analysis, benchmarking, statistics and other scientific techniques to support proposed improvement and present to Management for review & approval.
- Guide & train HODs involved in the improvement/change process.
- Support in data collection and analysis towards relevant Operational & Business functions.
- Actively participate in committees and task forces aimed at developing functions of the Organization.

**2. KPIs**
- Design & create an Organization KPIs system which the driven by the Organization objectives and flow down at department and individual levels.
- Present and discuss the KPIs designed and result with different stakeholders including the customer.
- Calculate, monitor and report KPIs results.
- Identify unproductive areas and propose alternative solutions to reach the goals.
- Coordinate with department managers to understand any shortfalls, challenges or resources requirements to fulfill their objectives.

**3. Project management**
- Understand requirements of parties involved in the change or improvement.
- Assess feasibility of project input as against deliverables and timelines.
- Submit preliminary proposal to Logistics Manager and DC Manager with project design, scope, timelines, deliverables etc.
- Ensure project design and requisite approvals are appropriate documented.
- Coordinate between parties involved in the project and ensure performance reporting to the Logistics Manager and DC Manager in a timely manner.

Follow closely the progress of the project, ensuring any challenges and delays are communicated to Management in a timely manner.

**4. Documentation**
- Ensure documents are up to date and reflect business practices.
- Guide relevant department managers in maintaining their internal records.
- Provide suggestions on positive changes and enhancements in existing SOPs.
- Communicate process change to the relevant stakeholders to ensure effective implementation.

**5. Health and safety**
- Promote a safe working culture.
- Ensure employees adhere to rules and guidelines associated with health and safety.

**Requirement**:

- Knowledge of the supply chain management.
- MY and other applicable labor laws and regulations.
- Relationship management and communication skills.
- Leadership and reporting skills.
- Organization and people management.
- Minimum of bachelor’s degree in relevant field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience within the warehouse management in supply chains.
- Proficiency with MS office.
- Proficiency with PowerBI.
- Proficiency with Structured Query Language (SQL).
- Knowledge with Cognos Analytics Reporting.
- Strong time management skills.
- Communicate honestly and with clarity.
- Build and manage interpersonal relationships with all internal stakeholders.
- Lead and develop employees.
- Ability to work independently within challenging deadlines.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
