Now, we are looking for one **Finance Executive** **(Mandarin Speaker)** to join our team.

The

**Responsibilities**:of this role are as follows:

- Assist in Group Corporate Finance and Tax planning.
- Liaise with finance team from other group entities.
- Perform internal control assessment.
- Conduct risk assessment.
- Comply with ethical and regulatory standards as well as federal and state laws.
- Manage a full set of accounts.
- Prepare and submit financial reports timely and accurately in accordance with group policies, procedures and statutory requirements.
- Liaise with external parties such as consultants, bankers, auditors, company secretary and authorities.
- Execute ad-hoc duties that may be assigned from time to time by management.

On the other hand, the **Job Requirements** of this position are:

- Possess 1 year to 3 years of working experience in the related field.
- Possess extensive knowledge and proven experience in financial consolidation and reporting.
- Knowledge and experience in corporate finance and/or financial advisory is a plus.
- Knowledge of accounting software is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including having intermediate level in both Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Proficient in Chinese, English and Malay in both written and verbal form.
