**Role Description**
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Experience Specialist - Mandarin Speaker in Subang Jaya. The specialist will be responsible for providing excellent customer service in Mandarin, addressing inquiries and issues, and ensuring a seamless experience for clients. Daily tasks include communicating with customers via various channels, resolving problems effectively, and contributing to overall customer satisfaction.
Role : Customer Experience Specialist - Mandarin (Fair Price)
Working location : Subang Jaya (Nearby Subang Jaya LRT)
Working hours : 8:30am - 5:30pm/ 1:30pm - 10:30pm (Rotational shift)
Working days : Monday to Sunday (5 working days + 2 day off)
Salary range: RM2800-3400

- Ensures all customer inquiries/ issues/ complaints are resolved according to the company's processes and procedures
- Identifies and escalates difficult and complex issues to senior team members
- Maintains a positive, empathetic and professional attitude towards customer
- Enters, updates and maintains accurate information of customer interaction, transactions, comments and complaints in the company's system
- Resolves customer requests and problems by making appropriate booking changes based on company's processes and procedures, as well as activity terms and conditions
- Liaises with external vendors and service operators to fulfill booking changes
- Keeps updated with company procedures and processes
- Shares customer feedback with relevant departments for further improvements
**Qualifications**
- Understand read & type in Traditional Chinese
- B1-B2 level of English or above (Understandable)
- Customer service and communication skills will be an added advantage
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Attention to detail and multitasking capabilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
